Should each person have an individual role and specific responsibilities?
Or should we have teams of people working together on things?
What are the pros and cons of teams vs. individual organization?

I like C3 Glocal for a title. I like the idea of people working together on things, rather than individuals having “titles”. But I appreciate your leadership, John, in wanting people to be used according to their gifts, talents and availability. I can’t help being extremely curious about who you had pegged for what, as we discussed last meeting. :-) I am continuing to pray about this, but after reviewing all we've done, I can't imagine why I can't give 1 - 3 hours per month as is your suggestion, John. As 2007 begins, I am praying about connecting more with people; being more available, evangelistic and letting God use me as He sees fit with regard to community - global and local, in church and out. :-)
