Values (Beliefs)

In the values (beliefs) section of our vision/mission/goals document we had some need for further discussion. Let's try to come to a better understanding here!

The original statement was:
• every culture is created and valued by God
• every culture is fallen and in need of redemption
• only through the Holy Spirit is unity across all cultures possible

Missions Wall

I've been trying to find "the perfect" map for our missions wall (at a good price). Here are some examples:

The wall is 75.5 inches across. Do we want to take up the whole width of the wall (there is a map that is 75 inches wide)? Or do we want some space on either side?

Committee Organization

This thread is for the purpose of discussing the organization of our committee.

Should each person have an individual role and specific responsibilities?
Or should we have teams of people working together on things?

What are the pros and cons of teams vs. individual organization?

Meeting Time

This thread is for the purpose of discussing the regular meeting time of our committee.
Should wee meet the 3rd Sunday of the month after church?
Or is there a better time for everybody?
